Are your reporters trained in stenographic takedown or voice reporting?

We have both stenographic and voice reporters on our team. All of our reporters are well trained and will produce a quality transcript. If you have a preference, please let us know upon scheduling so that we may meet your need.

What is your standard delivery time?

Standard transcript delivery is 10 business days after proceedings. Some very specialized proceedings may be delivered on a slightly more extended schedule. Expedites are available for all jobs if needed. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are anticipating needing an expedite so that we can be sure to have the appropriate resources available.

Do you have a conference room available?

Yes, we have a conference room available at our office in the heart of Raleigh’s Village District. The conference table comfortably seats eight, and there is room for a few additional attendees at the perimeter of the room. Use of the room is complimentary with an original transcript order.
